Area high school basketball fans can get a “all you can watch buffet” this Saturday night at the Milton H. Johnson Health Center. Eight area high school boy’s basketball teams will participate in the Subway Panhandle High School Classic this Saturday. Two Jackson County squads will take to the floor as the Malone Tigers and Cottondale Hornets will represent the home county. Other schools from Florida participating will be Rutherford, Godby, Port St. Joe and Paxton. Houston County (Alabama) and Bainbridge (Georgia) will be the out of state representatives. The following is a schedule of games:
Saturday 12/19/09 Milton H. Johnson Health Center
4:00 pm Malone vs Rutherford
5:30 pm Cottondale vs Godby
7:00 pm Bainbridge vs Port St. Joe
8:30 pm Houston County vs Paxton
