Several of the Jackson County varsity high school teams will be taking part of various tournaments during the Christmas break. Two of the girl’s squads, both Lady Tigers, will see action during the break. Graceville has traveled to Orlando to take part in a tournament December 21-23rd. Results of their games were not available at press time. Malone will play in a tournament in Bethlehem on December 28th and 29th.
On the boys side of the street most of the teams will be in action. Bay High School will host their annual Bay Barnstorm Classic tournament in Panama City and will feature three teams from Jackson County. Cottondale, Marianna and Graceville will all head to Bay County to take part in this tournament that will begin on Monday the 28th . The Malone Tigers will make their annual pilgrimage to Dothan to take part in a tournament at the Dothan Civic Center. It begins on Saturday the 26th and runs through Wednesday the 30th.
