Graceville’s hoops programs picked up a couple of wins last Thursday. In girls action the Lady Tigers hammered Poplar Springs by a score of 68-35. They led 34-14 at the half and then cruised to the 33 point victory to improve to 8-2 on the season.
In boys action the Tigers broke open a close game against Holmes County to post a 63-48 win. The Tigers led by just three at the end of three quarters, 39-36, but then outscored the Blue Devils 24-12 in the final quarter. C.J. Dozier led the way with 19 points and was followed by Gabriel Best with 16.
