A special Baseball meeting is being called by officials of the Big Bend Baseball League of Florida in an effort to recruit additional players for the Jackson County Jays baseball club. The meeting is being held Thursday, May 27th, at 7:00 p.m. CDT at Jim’s Buffet and Grill in Marianna, FL. It is requested that in addition to all current players, other prospective players throughout Jackson County attend this important meeting in an effort to make the Jackson County Jays a highly competitive team in the Big Bend Baseball League of Florida. Five High Schools in Jackson County graduate high school baseball players every year. Where are these players!!
Please make a special effort to attend this meeting at the above date, place and time. With Jackson County loaded with baseball talent lets rise to the occasion and put the Jackson County Jays on the map in the highly competitive Big Bend Baseball League of Florida. All home games are played at Marianna High School baseball field. Also, all managers of other clubs are urged to attend this meeting if possible.
