Mathis Wins Neal and Keen Athletic Awards

Maggie Mathis of Marianna, a member of the Chipola College Cross Country team, won both the Neal Sportsmanship Award and the Charlton Keen Scholar Athlete Award at the college’s recent Awards Night. Mathis was a two-time NJCAA Academic All-American. She will graduate from Chipola in May and plans to attend Florida State University to major in Communication Disorders. Cross Country Coach Rance Massengill presented the awards.
