Marriage of Godwin and Yon

Ms. Wyoma Durden, of Sneads, Florida and Autumn, Shane and Peyton Yon, proudly announces the engagement and upcoming marriage of her daughter, and their mother, Brandee Yon to Brian Godwin, of Quincy, Florida. She is the grand-daughter of the late Mr. Hinton Hatcher and Jeanette Barber, of Chattahoochee, Florida. She is currently employed at the Florida State Hospital. The groom is the son of John & Alice Godwin, of Quincy, and the grandson of the late Mr. and Ms. Walter Edenfield of Grand Ridge and Mr. & Ms. Harold Shepard of Orange, Florida. He is currently employed at Barnes Equipment Company in Quincy, Florida. The marriage will be November 20, 2009 at the Gadsden County Courthouse at 1:00 P.M. There will be a brief reception at the home of the groom’s parents in Quincy, from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. The couple plans a weekend getaway at St. George Island. They reside in Quincy.
